We have a refund policy, your order must be returned within 7days in receipt of receiving your order.  Please see our returns policy linked at the bottom of the page for full Terms & Conditions.

DELIVERY
If this item is on a PREORDER option then it needs to be made.  Therefore after your order is placed your order will then be processed and your item made, we operate on an approximately 10 business days timeframe for manufacture and delivery. This can sometimes overrun, due to unforeseen circumstances.

SHIPPING TIME SCALES

For next day delivery your order must be placed before 10am Monday-Thursday. Orders placed Friday-Sunday will be dispatched Monday and you must choose a next day shipping option.  

INTERNATION SHIPPING:  International Shipping is with DHL EXPRESS only, the delivery is an express delivery service for the next possible working day.  However we do not guarantee next working day as we can not control courier delivery time scales.  This is something that is out of our control; but where possible most shipments will be delivered the next working day.  Please make sure you enter your contact details on your order to avoid shipping delays with customs. 

VATS & DUTIES FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: Please note there may be customs/duty taxes applicable and we are not responsible for any taxes added to your shipment.  You are responsible for all taxes applied by your country.  If you fail/refuse to pay the taxes requested and your parcel is returned back to us you will be charged your original shipping costs and you will then also be charged the returned postage cost to us.  This total amount will be deducted before a refund is processed.

 

 

RETURNS POLICY 

Our policy lasts for 14 days from the date your parcel was delivered. So if 14 days have gone by since your parcel was delivered, then unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund. We are very strict on this time frame and unfortunately no allowances will be given and your item will just be returned straight back to you.

Only full priced items may be returned within 14 days for a REFUND.  

To be eligible for a return, your item/items must be unworn and in brand new condition and still have the tags attached.  Our tags say if this tag is removed then you item is deemed unreturnable.  Again we are very strict on this policy and if your item is returned to us untagged and looks or smells like it has been worn and can not in a resealable condition then it will just be returned straight back to you.  We do not give any allowances on this as the tags are robust and can not just come off or be pulled off, this is the purpose of the tags to make sure the item is not then worn and used and then just returned.  We will not accept any items back that smell of perfume, look worn, have been marked or anything left inside the pockets or left inside the handbag,  They must be returned back to us the same way as they was sent to you which is a brand new condition.  Our products are checked multiple times before they are sent out to the customer and we have a quality process that we follow so we know that you item was packed and sent out in perfect condition.  We would ask that if the item you are returning is a garment that it is returned and folded nicely and put back into the garment bag how you received it.   All items must be in the original packaging and postage is to be fully paid for by the customer.  All returns must be returned by a signed for trackable postage with proof of return.  

PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU INCLUDE YOUR ORDER DETAILS INSIDE YOUR RETURN: order name and order number.  Without this information we can not process a return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.  Shipping costs are non-refundable.

 Non-returnable items: Gift cards, custom beaded bags, custom made coats, hair accessories, sale items, sample sale items and jewellery. 

Sample Sales
Items bought in the Sample Sales are one-off items and as such are not eligible for refunds, exchanges nor credit notes. This a very strict policy and once purchased you agree to this terms of sales for Sample Sale pieces.

International Returns: You should clearly mark the package as a ‘MONAVEEN LONDON ORDER RETURN’ and state the value as £50 GBP or under. Failure to do this will result in excess duty/tax that will be deducted from your refund. 

Unfortunately, we cannot refund duties, taxes or shipping charges.

Custom beaded bags are not an instock item, they are custom made especially for you.
