CHRISTMAS DELIVERY & OPENING HOURS

 

The last date for GUARANTEED CHRISTMAS DELIVERY FOR Custom Beaded Bags is 9th November 2021 any orders placed after this date WILL NOT be guaranteed in time for Christmas.  For all other PREORDERED ITEMS the last date to order for GUARANTEED CHRISTMAS DELIVERY will be 15th November 2021, again any orders placed after this date WILL NOT be guaranteed in time for Christmas.

The last date to order INSTOCK ITEMS will be 14TH December 2021 to guarantee all orders are dispatched at the latest on the 15th December (our last day).

Our offices will be closed from 16th December 2021 - 8th January 2021.  All emails and messages will be replied to you after 7th January 2021. 

All Christmas gift returns must be returned by 8th January 2021 for an exchange.  After this date your return will not be accepted and your return will be returned back you.  Please remember that all returns must be returned in a brand new resealable condition.  Returns received back to us that smell of perfume, have been marked, worn or the tag removed will not be accepted back and they will be returned back to you.
